Recommended Use – LONGEVITY Blue Zones TELOMER / ADAPTOGENES: Take 1–2 capsules daily. Always take the capsules in the morning after breakfast, preferably no later than late morning. We recommend starting with 1 capsule per day. If no side effects occur (such as sleep disturbances or increased restlessness/hyperactivity), the dosage may be gradually increased to 2 capsules daily. For best results, use the product continuously for 3 months, followed by a 1-month break before starting another cycle.
Store LONGEVITY 5 Blue Zones ADAPTOGENES and TELOMER in a cool, dry, and dark place at a temperature of 15–25°C (59–77°F). Protect from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Close the container tightly after each use to maintain product quality.
